MUSCAT : Oman’s Al Mina Waterfront Residences development is about 65% complete and on track for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2026, developer Barr Al Jissah said on Sunday, announcing a strategic partnership with global real estate firm Savills to support the next phase of the project.
The luxury residential project, located within the Barr Al Jissah destination along the Gulf of Oman, will feature a mix of apartments, duplexes, penthouses and villas anchored by a deep-water marina and complemented by retail, wellness and nautical facilities, the developer said.
Hamood Al Maamari, director of sales at Barr Al Jissah, said the appointment of Savills marked a key step in advancing delivery and strengthening client engagement as construction progresses.
“With renewed direction and the support of our new strategic partners, we are moving forward with determination to deliver a refined residential destination that reflects the character and natural beauty of Oman’s coastline,” Al Maamari said.
Savills has been appointed as the official real estate and relationship management partner for Al Mina Waterfront Residences, providing sales advisory, buyer engagement and post-sale services through to completion.
Ihsan Kharouf, head of Savills Oman, said the project stood out for its location, design quality and lifestyle offering.
“Al Mina represents a compelling waterfront residential development within the Sultanate, and we are pleased to support this next phase to ensure buyers benefit from clear communication and professional oversight,” Kharouf said.
The development is offered on a freehold basis, allowing ownership by both Omani and international buyers, positioning it among a limited number of high-end residential projects open to foreign investment in the Sultanate.
Al Mina Waterfront Residences forms part of Oman’s broader push to develop premium tourism and residential destinations aimed at attracting long-term investment and supporting economic diversification.
Oman's Al Mina Waterfront Residences, 65% complete, is set for a Q4 2026 delivery. The project, featuring luxury homes and a marina, has partnered with Savills for its next phase. This development, open to both local and international buyers, is part of Oman's strategy to boost tourism and economic diversification.
